Its unique design boasts a curved profile with 80 finely machined grooves for improved grip while a central dual-axis inclinometer and specially patterned disc provide crucial information on level and rotational speed, respectively.
Record Stabilisation
Like any physical medium, vinyl records are prone to vibrations travelling within its structure. To mitigate their impact on sound reproduction, the team at Arya has analysed which materials provide the best mechanical impedance to prevent travelling waves from being reflected back into the record while offering superior internal damping. As a result, Orbius helps extract the information from your records while significantly reducing unwanted noise.
Precision Levelling
Despite its elegant appearance, Orbius is a precision instrument at heart, offering a laboratory grade dual-axis inclinometer for highly accurate levelling of your turntable and other equipment.
Each Orbius undergoes a stringent fine-adjustment and is calibrated by a specialised lab to less than 1/1000th of a degree to ensure accuracy and repeatability. A deviation of the bubble by 1mm corresponds to just 0.05º difference in angle which allows for the detection of even the smallest level changes. As long as the bubble stays within the marked circle, the surface is levelled to within 0.1º.
Speed Tracking
For decades, the most common way to track turntable speeds was to use basic stroboscopic patterns paired with a flashing light. Arya Audio Labs has completely reinvented speed tracking by developing a proprietary pattern that allows for easy RPM* verification using only a smartphone or digital camera set to 30 FPS**. The disc includes dedicated patterns for 33 1/3 and 45 RPM.

Colour Variations
Orbius is available in two distinct finishes to match your setup and style. You can choose between a high gloss chrome finish with light blue accents and a stealth black finish with yellow accents.
Both versions come in an elegantly designed and meticulously handcrafted wooden case cloaked in finest Ebony Macassar veneer and finished with high gloss lacquer.

Thanks to its interchangeable cores, Orbius can be configured to match any turntable type and platter mass. Cores are available in a variety of materials including Blackwood, Tungsten and Stainless Steel. Exchanging the core is as easy as removing a single Torx screw. This flexibility paired with its superb performance makes Orbius the ultimate companion for any high-end turntable.
